@kamirerSobre el DocumentoA la hora de comisionar se asumirá que todo cliente leerá este documento en su totalidad y aceptará sus términos y condiciones aquí señalados para comisionar al artista ¨Kamirer ¨ y sus servicios ofrecidos.En caso contrario el artista tiene el derecho de rechazar las propuestas del cliente en su totalidad y prescindir de todo contacto posterior con este.Sobre Solicitudes & ContactoPara solicitar una comisión deberá tener en cuenta lo siguiente:✔ Referencia del Personaje a comisión (en caso de no poseer una deberá ser reemplazada por a lo menos 2 ilustraciones que representen la totalidad del personaje junto a una breve descripción de las partes no visibles en las ilustraciones)
✔ Información relevante del personaje (especie, características específicas, personalidad, etc.)
✔ Breve descripción de la pose, expresión, prendas y accesorios en caso de ser necesarios
✔ Breve descripción del escenario e idea general de la Ilustración (El cliente puede solicitar libertad artística en caso de no poder cumplir con este punto)
✔En caso de que el cliente quiera reservarse o solicitar privacidad de la comisiones tales como su misma publicación, este aumentara el precio de la misma comisión hasta un 20%
✔en caso de ser un trabajo NSFW este costara un 30% mas en totalPara contactar y solicitar tu comisión deberás mandar la información solicitada a alguna de sus redes sociales a continuación:

▪ DiscordSobre Pagos & ReembolsosPara pagar tu comisión deberás tener en cuenta lo siguiente:● El cobro se puede realizar de dos maneras las cuales son las siguientes:1- el cliente puede pagar la mitad del precio de la comisión para la realización de este, y la otra mitad puede ser pagado después de que el artista haya terminado la mitad del trabajo que seria al finalizar el lineart2- el cliente puede pagar el precio completo al principio de la comisión● Todos los precios están sujetos a cambios dependiendo de la complejidad, personajes o escenarios que se le propongan o exijan al artista● El artista se reserva el derecho a reembolsar comisiones en caso de situaciones puntuales o imprevistas (Todo reembolso está sujeto al criterio, situación o decisión personal del artista).● En caso de que el cliente quiera rembolsar la comisión, se le descontara del total pagado el porcentaje que se haya logrado realizar por parte del artistaSobre el Trabajo & Proceso creativoPara esperar tu comisión deberás tener en cuenta lo siguiente:● El artista se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar alguna propuesta, idea o interpretación artística que se le proponga al momento de comisionar.● El artista se reserva el derecho de interpretar al personaje comisionado según la ilustración y referencia presentada por el cliente a la hora de realizar la comisión
(Cambios de color, tonos, pelajes, marcas, cicatrices, accesorios, etc.)● Al ser aprobado el boceto, solo se podrá realizar modificaciones mínimas respecto a la ilustración● Los tiempos de avance o entrega de la comisión serán informadas de forma directa al cliente de forma constante para formar una buena comunicación● Todo retraso o infortunio que afecte los tiempos de entrega de la comisión, se le harán saber a la brevedad al cliente.

✔In case the client wants to reserve or request privacy of the commissions such as his own publication, it will increase the price of the same commission up to 20%

Kami(comission open)#4383About Payments & RefundsTo pay your commission you must take in mind the following:● The payment can be done in two ways which are the following:1- the client can pay half the price of the commission for the realization of this, and the other half can be paid after the artist has finished half of the work and that would be at the end of the lineart2- the client can pay the full price at the beginning of the commission● All prices are able to change depending on the complexity, characters or settings that are proposed or required of the artist● The artist reserves the right to reimburse commissions in case of specific or unforeseen situations (All reimbursement is subject to the criteria, situation or personal decision of the artist).● In case the client wants to reimburse the commission, the percentage that has been achieved by the artist will be reduced from the total price.About the Work & Creative ProcessTo wait for your commission, you must take into account the following:● The artist reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, idea or artistic interpretation that is proposed to him at the time of commissioning.● The artist reserves the right to interpret the commissioned character according to the illustration and reference presented by the client when making the commission.
(Changes in color, tones, coats, marks, scars, accessories, etc.)● Upon approval of the sketch, only minor modifications can be made with respect to the illustration● The advance or delivery times of the commission will be informed directly to the client on a constant basis to form good communication● Any delay or misfortune that affects the delivery times of the commission will be made known to the client as soon as possible.
